What is the typical shipping time for my order?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do your printers come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all hardware sold on our site includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy for open electronics?
You can return your printer within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must include all original packaging and accessories.
Are your printers compatible with both iOS and Android?
Most of our sprocket-style printers are compatible with both iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth using our dedicated mobile application.
Do I need to buy ink cartridges separately?
Our printers use ZINK (Zero Ink) technology, meaning you do not need ink cartridges. You only need to purchase ZINK paper, which contains the heat-activated crystals used to create the image.
